Leon Baranovsky

Director of Business Development – Collaboration Technology Group – Cisco Systems, Inc. – San Jose

Leon Baranovsky is director of business development for Cisco’s Collaboration. Technology Group (CTG). He is responsible for analyzing market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and creating strategies to penetrate new markets. That drive growth for CTG’s software portfolio. This includes Cisco WebEx Meetings, the industry-leading conferencing solution, and Cisco WebEx Social, an enterprise social networking platform. For the last several years, Leon and his team have worked with companies around the world to deliver breakthrough experiences with Cisco’s collaboration products and services. Leon began his career in operating system development first for IBM where his inventions resulted in a data storage patent and later for Apple where he also served as developer evangelist. Leon then joined BEA Systems where he led product marketing, strategy, and sales in a variety of roles. He went on to lead marketing and product management for Reactivity, a security technology company. Prior to joining Cisco, Leon, together with his wife, founded and operated TeamUP! Tutors, an education services company. Leon graduated from the Ohio State University with a BS in computer science engineering.

Eugenio Capra

Eugenio Capra, Head of Customer Experience at Vodafone Italy since 2012, with responsibility for drawing up guidelines to ensure the best customer experience possible and to monitor its implementation. Gianluigi Castelli

Gianluigi Castelli was born in Milan in 1954 and in 1978 he graduated in Physics with a major in Cybernetics. From 1978 to 1996 he assumed various roles in Etnoteam SpA, until he become director of the Division of System Integration. In 1996-1997 he was CIO of Infostrada. From 1997 to 2001 he worked for Fiat Group, first as CIO of Fiat Auto (1997-2000), then as Managing Director and General Manager of the software services department of the Group (GSA). In 2004-2006, he became CIO of the Group, holding the responsibility of government and integration of all IT functions of the operating companies of the Vodafone Group. In 2002-2003 he assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone Italy unifying under a single responsibility all technologies and IT Network. From 2001 to 2006, he held various positions within the Vodafone Group. Since August of 2006 he holds the position of CIO of Eni S.pA.

Andrea Clementi

Bertrand Duperrin carries out consultancy missions in the field of management, information, and communication technologies. His career began in a HR and management consultancy where he mainly focused on collaboration issues. He joined blueKiwi Software in 2006, in the first days of the company’s operations. At blueKiwi, Bertrand structured the consulting/services activity in the field of enterprise social networks.
